Kieron Goodwin, 33, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of 29-year-old Olivia Wood, who he strangled on the night she planned to end their relationship.<br /><br />Goodwin was convicted of multiple offences, including rape and coercion, spanning five years and involving three other women.<br /><br />A jury found him guilty of murder following a five-week trial at Bristol Crown Court.<br /><br />Judge Martin Picton sentenced him to a minimum of 35 years.<br /><br />Olivia's family described her as a “sweet soul,” while her mother expressed heartbreak over her daughter's tragic death.
