A 62-year-old woman has stunned her family by performing a backflip off a 10-metre diving board—after just three training sessions.<br /><br />Karen Ali, now 64, trained with her son Osama, 24, a cliff diver and content creator.<br /><br />Despite her fears, Karen committed to the leap in Trofaiach, Austria, with Osama capturing the moment on video.<br /><br />She later joined him in North Carolina, where she completed her first cliff dive from seven metres.<br /><br />Osama said he was “so proud” of his mum, who used to fear travelling even short distances, for pushing past her comfort zone.
