Disturbing drone footage has revealed the dire conditions of two orcas and 12 dolphins still confined at the abandoned Marineland Antibes in France, which closed in January 2025.<br /><br />Despite efforts to relocate them, French authorities have failed to find a suitable site, rejecting a move to Japan’s marine zoo and Loro Parque in Tenerife.<br /><br />Activist group TideBreakers has called for the orcas, Wikie and Keijo, to be moved to a sanctuary rather than another marine park.<br /><br />The situation remains critical, with the animals at risk in deteriorating conditions, and no clear relocation plan in place.
