All set for opening of 65th Palarong Pambansa in Ilocos Norte<br /><br />Despite issues like water supply, Education Undersecretary Malcolm Garma tells a press conference on May 23, 2025 that the Department of Education is ready for the opening of the 65th Palarong Pambansa at the Ferdinand E. Marcos Memorial Stadium (FEMMS) in Ilocos Norte on May 24. Garma said concerns over water supply in some billeting quarters were raised since most of the schools that serve as accommodation for the delegates weren’t designed or used for huge water consumption. Garma also assured that the venues, the FEMMS' track oval and swimming pool, meet the required standards and measurements.
