DPWH to allow vehicles of up to three tons to pass San Juanico Bridge<br /><br />Citing deteriorating structural integrity, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) says only light vehicles or those weighing a maximum of three tons will be allowed to pass the 2.16-kilometer San Juanico Bridge that connects Sta. Rita, Samar to Tacloban City.
