The Prime Minister has promised that the new Government will not abuse the special majority it has in the House of Representatives.<br /><br />As she delivered remarks during the ceremonial opening of the Parliament, the Prime Minister also acknowledged that in the first time in a quarter of a century, there are three parties in the Parliament.<br /><br />This, as the Prime Minister had some advice for the new Independent Senators.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
