In a gruesome incident in Kanpur, a parking dispute at Ratan Planet Apartment in the Bithoor police station area turned violent when a flat owner allegedly bit off the nose of a retired engineer.<br /><br />According to reports, the dispute erupted between the apartment's society secretary and the flat owner, Kshitij, after he saw a car parked in his designated space.
