U.N. Says Images of Scramble for Aid in Gaza Are 'Heartbreaking'

Footage has surfaced that shows thousands of Palestinians scrambling amid gunfire to reach aid delivered by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation on Tuesday. A U.N. spokesperson called the images "heartbreaking to say the least."
