A tanker carrying refined oil to Lucknow overturned on the National Highway while overtaking another vehicle, prompting villagers to rush to the spot to loot the spilled oil with their containers. <br /> <br />As soon as the spilled oil spread into the nearby fields, villagers came running with buckets and containers to collect it. <br /> <br />The police soon came to the spot and drove away the villagers. The incident took place in the Kumaroli police station.
