Taiwan is continuing its military drone development with a new partnership between the Chung-shan Institute and National Chung Cheng University. The two institutions signed a memorandum of understanding to create drones with “non-red” supply chains that avoid Chinese components as part of Taiwan’s wider defense strategy. The announcement came alongside footage of the Jinfeng-1 attack drone, which showed it accurately detect and detonate near a target.
