Police have taped off Penn Road, Wolverhampton at its junction with Wynn Road and Muchall Road before Goldthorn Hill going into the city.<br />The road has been blocked off at the junction since 8am with diversions on bus services 16 and 16.<br />Motorists have been asked to avoid the area if possible.
