A woman is dead and her daughter hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle on Monday night.<br /><br />The women were attempting to cross the Penal Rock Road to get to their Halliday Trace, Penal home when the accident occurred.<br /><br />Our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh visited the family and tells us more. <br />
