A serial drink and drug driver who crashed his white BMW into a parked car on a residential street in York has been banned from the roads for 40 months.<br /><br />Timothy Jason Starkie was driving in the early hours of Sunday 5 January this year when he collided with, and damaged, a Hyundai car parked on Tang Hall Lane.<br /><br />CCTV footage shows the moments before and after the collision occurred, at around 12.49am.
