Taiwanese Performing Arts Troupes Head to Avignon, Edinburgh Festivals

Eight Taiwanese performance troupes are set to take the stage this summer at the Avignon Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, getting a sendoff from the country's culture minister.
