Iran’s ambassador to India, Dr. Iraj Elahi, described Tehran’s missile strikes on US military bases in Qatar and Iraq as “unprecedented” and issued a stern warning to President Donald Trump, saying Iran would not hesitate to act again if provoked. <br /> <br />In an interview with India Today, Elahi said Tehran had anticipated possible US involvement in its conflict with Israel and had prepared for such an escalation. <br /> <br />“No country in history has ever targeted US military bases — Iran has. You may consider it a symbolic response, but if the US repeats this unlawful action, it will face the same response,” the ambassador asserted.
