On Friday 11th April, as a result of information and concerns received from the community, Officers from Blackpool Neighbourhood Police Team, Project Adder and Blackpool Task Force executed a Misuse Drugs Act Warrant at an address on Kingsland Grove, Blackpool. A search of the address was carried out and a handgun located which was recovered and assessed to be an imitation firearm.<br />Following enquiries at the address, the occupants were arrested and interviewed for offences relating to the supply of drugs. 22 year old Amer Hamid-Taha was charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs and remanded to Court.
