The Federal Court has upheld the conviction of three men, including a former army pathologist, in the murder of deputy public prosecutor Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais.<br /><br />A three-judge panel chaired by Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat unanimously upheld the conviction for Col Dr R. Kunaseegaran, 62; moneylender S. Ravi Chandran, 54; and S.
