The RNLI is reminding the public to choose a lifeguarded beach when visiting the coast as the warm weather continue this month - following a busy weekend where many people in difficulty in the sea across Pembrokeshire were rescued by lifeguards on duty.<br />Over the weekend of June 28 to 29, beaches across Pembrokeshire were busy, which coincided with bigger surf. North Pembrokeshire RNLI Lifeguards rescued five people and assisted a further seven, all of whom were stuck in rip currents.<br />
