Tourists dismayed as top of Eiffel Tower closes due to heat<br /><br />The management of the Eiffel Tower closed its highest level to visitors due to a heatwave gripping Paris on Tuesday, July 1, leaving tourists hoping to visit the top of the landmark disappointed.
