Belgrave Village, Birmingham<br />The managing director of specialist urban regenerator Wavensmere Homes says the developer is targeting six new brownfield sites in the Midlands.<br /><br />Wavensmere has signed deals to build on plots in Birmingham and Nottingham, and plans to secure four more sites in Wolverhampton and Leicester, James Dickens told Insider.
