Thai Express Kitchen is officially opening its doors tomorrow (July 4).<br /><br />The exciting new venue specialises in casual Thai dining and offers classics like Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, Stir Fries and Curries alongside some unique Thai-inspired dishes, including Thai Fish & Chips.<br /><br />The accessible restaurant aims to cater for different dietaries and offers a range of spice levels from mild for those who are trying Thai food for the first time, to wild for spice-lovers. <br /><br />BristolWorld had the opportunity to visit ahead of the grand opening and talk with owner Uzma Pattani.<br />
