Marcos directs govt agency to activate disaster preparedness measures<br /><br />President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directs concerned government agencies to activate disaster preparedness measures to mitigate the effects of the rainy season, Malacañang said on July 3, 2025. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the President ordered the immediate clearing of drainages in Metro Manila to avert massive flooding.
