Assistance is being sought from India for the establishment of bioparks in Trinidad and Tobago as well as the acquisition of sea ambulances for the inter-island sea bridge.<br /><br />The announcement was made by this country's Prime Minister following the first address by the Prime Minister of India to a joint assembly of the Parliament in Port of Spain.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
