All-electric on the track: With the new rally version of the A290, Alpine presents its first electric-powered model, developed specifically for customer racing. The race car will premiere at the Rallye Rouergue Rodez Aveyron Occitanie (July 3-5, 2025). The A290 Rallye1 was developed by the teams at the Alpine Technical Center in Viry-Châtillon and is assembled in the racing workshop of Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé.<br /><br />The new A290 Rallye embodies all the racing DNA that Jean Rédélé instilled in the Alpine brand when it was founded 70 years ago. It opens the door to all-electric customer racing: Developed according to the latest rally regulations, the compact sports car offers the opportunity to discover the world of rallying, attract new partners, and enjoy the characteristics of the A290.<br /><br />The A290 Rally will demonstrate its versatility in a variety of formats, from one-make series to open competition. These events will showcase the full potential of Alpine Racing's first electric race car and continue the brand's long-standing commitment to motorsport.
