Palace shrugs off Sara's 'mirror' dig <br /><br />Malacañang dismisses claims by Vice President Sara Duterte that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is engaged in politicking, saying the Chief Executive is doing his job and not vacationing. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro issued the statement on July 9, 2025, a day after Duterte advised Marcos to 'look in the mirror' when he called on newly sworn-in national and local officials to 'stop politicking' and focus on serving their constituents.
