One-day Food Safety Training and Certification (FOSTAC) program held in Srinagar aimed at spreading awareness, train street food vendors. Organized by the Food Safety Department, it targeted local street vendors across the city to promote best practices. Experts and health officials educated vendors on essential hygiene and safety protocols. Vendors were also especially trained to keep their vending carts and surrounding areas clean.
