Jamaica is now working on having the issue of slavery go before the Privy Council for a definitive ruling on whether it was lawful under common law.<br /><br />At stake is the issue of reparations not just for Jamaica, but all of CARICOM including Trinidad and Tobago.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
