Malacañang downplays COA's 'unmodified opinion' on OVP funds<br /><br />Malacañang says that the 'unmodified opinion' the Office of the Vice President (OVP) received from the Commission on Audit (COA) does not necessarily mean that there are no anomalies in the use of the agency's budget.
