Trinidad and Tobago's Kalifa Howard recently served as the tournament director for the 35th OECS Bridge Tournament held in St. Lucia an event that brought together some of the region's top minds in the game.<br /><br />Howard, one of T&T's leading female players, says the tournament was a success and she's encouraged by signs that the sport is slowly gaining ground back home.<br />
