Health chief says 3 out of 10 children face nutritional deficiencies<br /><br />Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa says that 27 percent or 3 out of 10 children face nutritional deficiencies. Herbosa pointed this out during the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP) National Mayors' Forum in Taguig on July 16, 2025.
