DEHRADUN — Chaos erupted on Rispana bridge around 3:30 am when a truck carrying about 600 boxes of mangoes overturned, scattering mangoes all over the road.<br /><br />Instead of helping the injured driver and conductor, locals rushed to loot the mangoes. Some grabbed boxes, others scooped up the fruit by hand, while a few stood by filming videos without offering help.<br /><br />The looting caused a long traffic jam on the bridge.
