While in college, he lived abroad in Spain and immersed himself in the language.<br /><br />Upon his return to the USA, he interned for Telemundo, and eventually made the bold step of relocating to Costa Rica at age 25 to help out a friend, working in a call center.<br /><br />There, he met his wife, and built his own call center from the ground up.
