Hegseth, Marcos praise Philippines-US alliance during Pentagon meeting<br /><br />US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth welcomed Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to the Pentagon on Monday, July 21, where both praised the nations' decades-old security alliance.<br /><br />Marcos will see Secretary of State Marco Rubio later in the day, before meeting US President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday.
