Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander, says National Security is between a rock and a hard place as it concerns giving prisons officers firearms, given the involvement of rogue officers with criminal elements. However the Prisons Association is hitting back, and it says, the real corruption is higher up in National Security. Rynessa Cutting reports.
