Court Blocks Ko Wen-je From Casting Ballot in Recall Vote

A Taipei court says that Taiwan People's Party founder Ko Wen-je will not be let out of jail to cast a ballot in a mass recall vote scheduled for Saturday. Ko's supporters plan to appeal.
