New Delhi: A post on X (formerly Twitter) by a user has gone viral after he shared his calm response to receiving the wrong food order. Shekhar Dutt, a teacher as per his bio, claimed he ordered a vegetarian soup but was delivered a non-vegetarian one via Zomato.<br /><br />Instead of creating chaos, he filed a complaint on the app. Zomato promptly apologised and issued a full refund. Sharing a video of the soup, he wrote:<br />"We ordered veg soup from a premium restaurant. We were delivered non-veg soup. No, we didn’t create any ruckus. We complained to Zomato and they issued a prompt apology and refund. Mistakes can happen anywhere.
