Video: Speeding SUV hits elderly man riding scooter, rams again while reversing

An elderly person riding a scooter was hit by a speeding SUV in Jammu. The person riding the SUV hit the elderly person again while reversing the vehicle. The entire accident was caught on CCTV camera.
