T&T picked up their first medal at the 2025 Pan American Regional powerlifting championship in the Cayman Islands.<br /><br />Anthony Bernard got T&T off the mark winning overall silver in the men's 59kg.<br /><br />And more medals could be had tonight, as Pooja Persad, Lois Sprang, Jerneil Nivet and Charissa Grant are currently in action.<br />
