Fire stopped in France’s Hérault after spanning more than 300 hectares<br /><br />Fanned by a strong wind, a fire spread over 300 hectares in the commune of Cournonsec, some 20 kilometers south of Montpellier in the Hérault region, before being put out in the early evening, according to the emergency services on site.
