Calinisan, along with lawyer Edman B. Pares, chief of the Inspection, Monitoring and Investigation Service (IMIS), announces during a briefing on July 29, 2025 that the police agency will file administrative charges against police officers linked to the case of the missing “sabungeros” or cock fighters.
