Chennai – A viral video showing a young man snatching jewellery from a lone woman at Perungudi railway station has sparked outrage. In a swift action, the police arrested the accused, identified as Soundar alias Babaji (28) from Villupuram district.<br /><br />During interrogation, Soundar confessed to targeting the woman after briefly speaking to her and gesturing with his hand.
