Biden slams Trump administration at National Bar Association gala<br /><br />Former US president Joe Biden slammed US President Donald Trump and his administration at the National Bar Association's 100th Annual Awards Gala in Chicago on July 31, 2025. Biden referred to Trump as “this guy, we have a president” and called on attendees to uphold justice and the Constitution. Biden said the US was under pressure from the administration, adding that law firms were 'bending to bullies instead of staying rooted in justice of the law, including some of the largest newspapers in America.'
