Members of the San Fernando Fishing Cooperative are calling on the Minister of Agriculture to explain why a party boat has been docked at the San Fernando Fishing facility for weeks.<br /><br />They claim the facility was not built to accommodate pleasure crafts, and want the Minister to intervene on their behalf.<br /><br />Our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us more. <br />
