Flood and severe weather warnings are in place in large parts of NSW today - with heavy rain expected in Sydney, the mid North Coast, and the Hunter Region. Miriam Bradbury at the Bureau of Meteorology says damaging winds and heavy rainfall are the most serious warnings at this stage.
