Four dead in Montana bar shooting; police hunt suspect<br /><br />Four people are shot and killed in the morning of Aug. 1, 2025 after a gunman opened fire at The Owl Bar in Anaconda, Montana, around 10:30 a.m., authorities said. The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Michael Paul Brown, lived next door to the bar. Authorities were searching for him in the wooded, mountainous terrain west of Anaconda. What led to the shooting remains unclear.
