Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos arrived in India on Monday for a five-day visit to discuss maritime issues and economic cooperation. Meanwhile, Philippine officials also announced Monday that the Indian and Philippine navies finished conducting their first joint exercises in the South China Sea.
