Ozzy Osbourne: Birmingham tribute to him will be passed on to his family

Birmingham City Council has begun to take down tributes left for Ozzy Osbourne in his home city following the heavy metal icon's death aged 76 last month and plan to give them to Black Sabbath frontman's family.
