A number of Welsh rugby players have provisionally agreed deals to join a proposed new rebel league, R360, as WalesOnline have reported.<br />Fronted by Mike Tindall, former Bath director Stuart Hooper and agent Mark Spoors, R360 plans to launch a 12-team global franchise competition aimed at delivering “generational change in rugby”.
