Hapur (Uttar Pradesh) – A major tragedy was narrowly avoided in Garhmukteshwar area of Hapur district after a dilapidated government school building suddenly collapsed with a loud crash. The building had been closed for years due to its poor condition.<br /><br />Just two seconds before the collapse, an elderly woman walked past the structure.
