These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.<br /><br />I was scheduled to meet one of the other global group members and one government official contact at an art gallery. The art exhibit would have many attendees in the various galleries, which makes it far easier to blend into the crowds and pass along any new information to be traded. All the various background chatter would also cover up any quiet conversations by making it harder to hear by ear and electronic devices. Make use of any crowds to cover up within plain sight of others. I learned those tactics from my former federal government functionary job from a national defence/national security related government organization, and from one of my previous side jobs in a sports/entertainment arena crowd control job, for some extra side hustle money. There are ways of doing things for maximum effect.<br /><br />We could have met on some park bench, in the open, but that would make it easier for anyone with binoculars, telescope, or electronic sound enhancing devices to watch and hear. There would be less distractions getting in the way. The only time any meetings should be in open public spaces, is to discourage anyone from doing a double cross betrayal with so many witnesses around to complicate matters.<br /><br />I also chose to show you some of the art gallery art work with the music to keep you, my international audiences, entertained while you get to study and make notes on all of the recorded and shared faces and vehicles. Some would say imparting information is not about entertaining one's audiences, but I disagree with some of the other group members. I believe that being educational and entertaining, at the same time, just enhances the entire learning experience. Everyone get to see something new and still get to see some expensive art objects at the same time. I estimate all the collected art objects on display and not on display, to be worth approximately tens of millions of dollars if not even 100s of millions of dollars in value, inside that building. The actual building real estate itself is probably worth about another $5000000-15000000? Do you not like being surrounded by expensive and luxurious collector things?<br /><br />Just because I am somewhere to meet one of my government contacts and one of my international group associates, does not mean that I should not take advantage of the situation to have a good time. I even managed to buy a high quality and expensive food item at the gift shop for a present to someone else. I am not a stingy, cheap, uptight bastard, most of the time.<br /><br />My associates and I found this weekend day to be highly productive and it should be shared among all of the other allied international groups and their worldwide members within every city and every country across the planet Earth, and beyond.
